How do I cancel my SoundNativ subscription?
Subscriptions bought inside the mobile app are managed by the App Store or Google Play, so cancel them in your device's subscription settings. Subscriptions bought on the website can be cancelled from your account dashboard, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by the store under its own policy. For purchases made on soundnativ.com, email [email protected] with the address you used at checkout and we will review the request.
I can't log in to my account. What should I do?
Use the password reset link on the login page first — most access problems are a mismatch between the email used at checkout and the email used to register. If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact [email protected] from the address you signed up with.
What happens to my voice recordings?
Recordings are processed by the speech analysis engine to produce your pronunciation scores, retained for 30 days for performance measurement, and then deleted automatically. You can request deletion sooner through the data deletion page.
The app is not scoring my speech correctly. How do I fix it?
Check that microphone permission is granted, record in a quiet space, and hold the device roughly a hand's width from your mouth. Background noise and speakerphone-distance recording are the two most common causes of low scores that do not reflect your actual pronunciation. If it persists, email support with your device model and app version.
Which devices does SoundNativ support?
SoundNativ runs on iOS and Android phones and tablets. The accent assessment and account management also work in any modern mobile or desktop browser.
